You have arrived at this page for one of two
reasons one is curiosity the other you are a timeshare owner, there
are two types of timeshare owners happy and unhappy if you are happy
then the chances are you will be visiting us on a regular basis
therefore I suggest you get a Club Algarve discount card, if you are
unhappy then lets see if the reason for your unhappiness is below.

When I purchased my timeshare I was told it was a
good investment and it would be easy to sell.

I was told the maintenance would go up slightly
according to Portuguese law.

I was told I could rent it if I didn’t use it and
make money.

There are people using the resort and paying less
than me including flights.

Every time I come back they want to sell me (a) a
bigger apartment (b) a better view (c) a better time period (d)
points.
You may have tried
to sell it through an agency you pay them money and they offer to
sell it for you, “Yeh Right” you may have been dragged into one of
the many establishments in the Algarve who will take your timeshare
off you and give you access to thousands of cheap holidays, “Pay out
more money”
There is however a
way to get rid of your timeshare of course it depends on where you
own and it’s not free you will have to pay a fee of €865 but you will get rid of it legally
and will receive no more mail from the resort, there is a simple
form to fill in we do the rest the process takes approx 28 days. Then you can go on holiday like the rest of us when you like where you like and a lot cheaper.
